Usage and Billing v2.1.7.40 for Microsoft Azure Stack


What's New?

  1. Supports Microsoft Azure Stack Version 1904:
    • The deployment scripts of the Cloud Assert Billing solution are now compatible with Azure Stack PowerShell version 1.7.2.
    • Cloud Assert Billing resource provider for Microsoft Azure Stack had been tested against 1904 version of Azure Stack.

  2. Improved cost tracking for users' subscriptions:
    • To compute the costs of a user subscription, it is now not mandatory for the end-user to register the subscription to the billing service from the tenant portal.
    • The cost computation will start immediately once a user subscribes an offer associated with billing service.
    • If a user wants to view the usage cost of the subscription from the tenant portal, it is then essential to register billing service to the subscription.

  3. Performance Improvement to the Billing history blades in admin and tenant portals:
    • Now, the usage history grid loads faster in both the admin and tenant portals.
    • Download speed of the history as csv has been improved.

Issues Fixed:

  1. Downloading the usage history was not working under the tenant portal and it has been fixed now.

Known Issues:

  1. The CSP customer profile will be created before it gets approved from the administrator.
  2. The admin approval for a created customer profile is needed for the tenants to purchase CSP offers/licenses.
  3. Only 200 metered pricing will be displayed/ listed when a pricing profile is opened.

It's nice that you have fixed some issues but I found some issue recently and if you say so I will share that with your team and then if it is legit error or issue so you must fix that all otherwise you can neglect my points if it is worthless or wrong issues.

Microsoft Soft Azure Stack helps the organization for the storage while preserving the secure data. It provides benefits for the companies in order to save the data on a large scale. This new version has solved the issue that people are facing and we are also one of them. User subscription's tracking and the usage history is also fixed now.

This new version 1904 of Azure stack has much improved and fixed the issues from the previous versions. The performance has been improved. We have also updated the version for my organization.
