Hybr supports AAD B2C, one of the Identity Providers to enhance user onboarding for different companies with multiple domains.

For example, if a customer do not prefer to use their corporate AAD / ADFS or do not have either of those, as an administrator you can have AAD B2C to onboard them. This eliminates the dependency with customer’s corporate identity provider.

Here are the benefits that you get when you use AAD B2C for customers onboarding:

  1. Users with personal email such as Outlook.com or Gmail can sign-in to Hybr
  2. Tenant Companies who do not prefer SSO with their corporate Identity Provider
  3. Tenant Companies who do not have any integrations with AAD or ADFS can be benefited

The steps below would help you create a company with AAD B2C,

Azure B2C Company Creation in HYBR Admin Portal:

Step 1: Hybr admin portal → Customers → Companies → Create New Company

Enter the Company name and select the Azure AD B2C as Identity Provider.

Step 2: Enter the B2C details as listed below in the Identity Provider section

Step 3: Navigate to the next wizard and fill the company address details

Step 4: Enter the Admin user details and create a new Tenant company

Now as an administrator you can share the Tenant login URL with customers where they can onboard multiple users under them with any of the Identity Providers with the admin allowed domains.

After onboarded, Hybr user will get a login screen as shown in the above image where they can sign in with their existing account.
