Hybr offers self-service portal experience for customers where they can purchase Microsoft CSP offers by themselves. While this is very convenient, there is also a need for CSP Resellers to purchase and manage licenses on-behalf of their customers.
Administer on Behalf of (AOBO):
With AOBO, CSP resellers can manage licenses directly themselves for Tenants from the Hybr admin portal and that eliminates the need of hopping to Microsoft Partner Center for such needs.

As an Administer, you can publish their custom services along with Microsoft CSP offers Under the Hybr Marketplace. From the Cloud Services module, admin can purchase the license on behalf of their customers.

Holistic view of Tenant Profiles:
Hybr Admin Portal → Cloud Services → Customer Profiles → Dashboard
Here, you can get a visibility of the customer’s active and suspended licenses along with the subscription cost.
Hybr Admin Portal → Cloud Services → Customer Profiles → Subscriptions
As an Admin, you can view the Tenant’s subscriptions status, quantity, billing type, etc., and with the actions button you can update, reactivate or suspend the subscriptions under the cloud services module.
