If you choose to Add an existing customer profile - In the wizard add customer profile id which is the valid Microsoft CSP Tenant which must be added for the request. Once the request is sent to the admin for the approval admin can review or reject the request. For creating a new customer profile add the necessary information in CSP customer profile wizard. City, State, Country, and postal code should match the Microsoft standard codes available. Once a new customer profile is created in the tenant portal the request notification will be sent to the admin for approval. Admin can review or reject the request.
