Start the Windows Azure Pack Configuration PowerShell environment.

Run the following PowerShell commands:

Set-MgmtSvcSetting -Namespace UsageService -Name Username -Value '[YourUserName]'

Set-MgmtSvcSetting -Namespace UsageService -Name Password -Value '[YourPassword]' –Encode

After setting the above, in Cloud Assert's WAP Usage and Billing Admin settings, provide the User Name and Password used above.
